Getting over Guilt

If you are a mom, chances are you spend a lot of time feeling guilty. Guilt is a prevailing emotion that all mothers feel. Mothers on Fire offers a lively workshop and discussion about how to ditch your feelings of guilt and replace them with healthier emotions that will leave you feeling happier and more fulfilled. 

 
In this workshop, you will:

  • Learn to recognize the difference between healthy and unhealthy guilt. 
  • Develop a greater awareness of the unrealistic expectations that cause guilt and how to overcome them.
  • Discuss the difference between being perfect and being “good enough”.
  • Identify some strategies for letting go of guilt.
